A comfortable place to begin

Training is practical, personal, and paced for you. We focus on abilities that matter in real life, such as getting up from the floor, walking, traveling, carrying groceries, playing with family, and feeling steadier in your body.

A next step after clinical care
Starting again after physical therapy?
Finishing physical therapy can leave a big gap between knowing you should keep moving and feeling confident doing it on your own.
As Fitness Coordinator at Reata Glen, I supported older adults who came to the fitness center after physical therapy and wanted help continuing to move. I learned how to listen carefully, work from the guidance they had received, research unfamiliar considerations, and turn exercise into clear, manageable steps within a fitness setting.
Important: Training begins after you are cleared for fitness activity. It supports ongoing strength, mobility, balance, and confidence, but does not provide rehabilitation or replace physical therapy or medical care.

A trusted next step for ongoing fitness.
When someone is ready for consistent fitness support outside the clinic, I help make that transition feel less intimidating.
I provide private, in-home strength and mobility coaching with an emphasis on practical function, balance, and confidence. With the client's permission, I'm happy to work from the recommendations you provide and keep communication clear.
Clear scope: My services complement clinical care. They do not replace physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical care, or rehabilitation.

Supportive, thoughtful, and refreshingly human.
I'm Kylie, a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher who helps people build the kind of strength and mobility that makes everyday life feel better.
I meet people where they are, explain exercises in plain language, and create sessions that feel encouraging instead of overwhelming. You do not need to be flexible, athletic, or comfortable in a gym to begin.
Support through change
Rebuilding after significant weight change
A major change in body weight can also change strength, balance, energy, and confidence. Training can help you rebuild practical strength in a gradual, supportive way. This is fitness coaching, not medical or nutrition treatment.
