Sessions may incorporate appropriate strength training, mobility, balance, functional movement, yoga-based movement, and general cardiovascular fitness based on your goals, abilities, experience, and healthcare guidance.
This is fitness support that feels encouraging and empowering, not clinical. Heart Strong is about helping you feel capable and confident moving your body.
About Kylie
Experience rooted in the heart community.

Kylie Knudsen is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher with years of experience working within the congenital heart disease community.
Her background working with children, adults, families, and volunteers in the CHD community inspired her interest in helping adults feel more confident navigating fitness and movement. Kylie provides personal fitness instruction and works within the guidance and clearance provided by each participant's healthcare team.
Clear scope: Kylie is not a physician, physical therapist, cardiac rehabilitation specialist, or licensed healthcare provider.
